Shake
you fuel container vigorously to mix the chemicals
before you start pouring.
If the engine stalls when you remove the glow ignitor,
you either have a lack of compression or a bad glow
plug.
If your engine stalls when you hit the brakes, try
increasing the idle. Make sure the throttle linkage
is not choking the carb, and inspect the clutch
shoes.
To get the fuel into the carb place your finger
over the exhaust stinger until you see fuel flow
into the carburetor.
On a brand new engine with very high compression
yo may need to loosen the glow plug to start the
engine. Back the glow plug up from fully tightened
just enough so that the plug is not completely torqued
down. Start the engine, after removing the ignitor;
tighten the plug back up with you plug wrench.
If you pull start won't pull, do not bear down and
tug it as hard as you can, the engine is probably
flooded.
Keep your instruction manual handy and refer back
to it whenever you are unsure of something.
