1.
Oil the bushings or bearing of the motor with one
or two drops of oil.
2. Attach a 4 cell battery pack to the motor and
run it for about 5 minutes
3.installing the motor in your car and truck and
go out and have some fun.
Step 2 Variation: If a 4 cell battery is not available,
install the motor in your car or truck, but do not
install the pinion gear on it. Put a fully charged
6 cell battery pack in your car or truck just like
you would if you were normally going to run it.
4. Turn on the radio and the car. Pull the throttle
1/4 of the way and let the motor run for about 5
minutes.
Always break-in your motor after changing your brushes.
By breaking-in your motor, you create less heat
and wear and tear on your motor. Brand new motors
usually don't need broke in, this is usually done
at the manufacture.
